Grrrr! It’s so discouraging that I keep going up! I ate extremely healthily yesterday - 2 big salads plus salmon and asparagus. I drank a ton of water, and I know I can lose this added weight.
About to go running and sweat a bit out. Really hoping to drop back to the 180s. Tonight will be a disaster, though. Huge Super Bowl party and even if I’m disciplined (which I hope to be), it’ll be high salt and high sugar, and of course a couple of beers.
