Dont know why im gaining weight 🥲. But i can see the difference in my body and the way my clothes fit. Im not exercising so i dont think it’s muscle. Anyway i am not discouraged, will keep going.
92.4 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keep going. The scale is not an accurate indication of fat loss.

I found thar if the scale is standing still, measure your body. You might be amazed at the results. But just keep going.

Same boat! Eating well exercising, scale just not moving. Not giving up either, we can do this!

They say that first 2 weeks you will notice an energy change, after 4 weeks you will notice the change in your clothing, and only after 6 weeks will you start seeing a difference on the scale Just keep it up and remember that the scale doesn’t mean body fat, it is sometimes also water weight💪

Thank you all so much for the encouragement 💕 i got excited because i lost 3.8kg in the first 3 weeks so i thought that was going to be the trend but i am definitely not giving up, i will start taking my measurements because my clothes are definitely less tight
