Tagkido's Journal, 10 Feb 24

Grrr…back in the 190s. I don’t really understand it - I was under my calories all day, plus I jogged almost 4 miles. I think my body is in shock or something. I’m especially proud that I didn’t drink a beer after cutting the lawn.

Grocery shopping today - only heathy foods! This morning I did 26 minutes on the rower, a few rounds of weight lifting, and then stretched out. Feeling good and NOT QUITTING!!
86.6 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.8 kg a Week

Looks like just a normal fluctuation. Never give up!

Exercise often adds weight in the short term. It’s not a fat gain. Just your muscles responding to the stress you put them through.
