A glimpse of the 180s! Yay! Yesterday involved weights, stretching, and a solid hour of active PT - plus definitely restricting calorie intake. Feeling good and ready for today’s run!
86.1 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
