Pretty darn excited about today's weight on the scale. It's been at least seven years since I've been at this weight.

92.5 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg. Still to go: 24.5 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

I know how you feel. When I started this diet I was at 235 and now I am at 192 and I am soooo happy. I was this weight 6 years ago. Luckily we are tall (I am 6'0") and now we are starting to look good! Congrats! I am so ecstatic for you!
