Scales down just in time for the weekend...8-) So, let's see if I can keep it down. That will be a challenge for sure.
Trying to wean myself off of Caffeine..hoping that will help some. I've also started using flaxseed to help with my digestive system. I've actually started feeling pretty good. So, we'll see how that goes.
