Another lb off which I am pleased about. I have used lots of will power this week to totally stop snacking between meals and get a cuppa if I feel I want to snack. It’s only 4-5 hours tops between breakfast and lunch and then lunch to tea so realistically I am not going to starve and it means I am enjoying those meals so much more because I am hungry instead of eating because it’s that time of day. I have bought a treat in the shopping today for the weekend but only the one when I would usually buy a few things. Even if I do have a hiccup i won’t beat myself up about it. Weekends are for enjoying!
73.9 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
