Yes! Down again! Calorie counting and logging has really been working but I really want to bring exercise back into it. I'm a little nervous to start because of some heart issues that landed me in the hospital at the end of December. But I guess I'll just start slow and if nothing else I'm currently wearing a heart monitor so they'll be able to see clearly what's happening if something goes wrong. Getting your health back after a scare can be, well, scary.
