I need good breakfast ideas, I'm sort of on a partial gluten free, higher protein, metabolic confusion plan.. I have no clue what that may be called with all these "diet fads" but its what my doctor and part time trainer recommended for my "body type" . I've always been thin , but after menopause and a severe depression after i lost my husband, i could not believe the person in the mirror looking back at me. 🤦♀️ Anyyywayyy.. i eat eggs nearly everyday for the protein, but i cannot seem to find anything else for breakfast that i like.. any suggestions?

My very favorite way to eat eggs or other proteins in the morning is quiche because it can be made with different ingredients for a variety of flavors. Bacon, sausage, spinach, cheese, seafood. Whatever you feel like.
Making it without a crust or using a gluten free crust both work.

Oatmeal with one scoop of whey protein powder, 1 scoop collegen powder, for added protein, frozen blueberries or fruit of choice, no sugar, ground flax seed for added fiber. I have this most morning during the cold months. Warm weather: Greek yogurt plain, vanilla whey protein, 1scoop collegen powder, frozen blueberries or cherries

I usually do eggs with avocado and fruit but I also like sometimes sugar free vanilla Greek yogurt with frozen mixed berries. It's so good it doesn't seem healthy 😂 I don't like to eat the fruit frozen so I either put the fruit in microwave first then add the yogurt or best is if I plan ahead and put in fridge to defrost during the night. But it's very satisfying.

Breakfast meals are only challenging if you can’t break out of the mindset of a traditional breakfast. Leftovers from lunch or dinner can make it less complicated and help you minimize meal prep and meal planning and grocery shopping.

I like cold cuts in the morning. Yogurt or cottage cheese sometimes.
