I had reached my goal last spring and maintained until the mid of October. I see this pattern over and over again, gaining weight in November, as I end up having sugar again, and then needing it, a vicious cycle.
I di get back on the wagon much easier and earlier this time around. I don't hate myself for cycling in and out...a typical pattern. i am thinking I should go away for Christmas somewhere warm, where I need to wear a bathing suit and shorts more often would be a good present for myself.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
