This week was a success; steady elliptical 5x a week, weights have been 2x a week but not consistent. It will get there. eating 2 meals a day but working towards 3-4 smaller meals a day so I can maintain like I did before. still vaping but making progress; don't allow myself to hit it until after workout shower which is about 2hrs after waking. My goal this week is to add my five minutes of guided meditation after elliptical everyday. I knew something was up today because I was beyond hungry and tired ... seems to go that way when it's a big loss.... but my body will adjust and I will get some much needed sleep tonight....
