Really bad week. Had chocolate in the house from the bank holiday. Eating 2/3 bars a day. Disappointed with myself. Ok when I stay in my own routine with regular eating patterns.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
