recalculated my calories because I realised I was in maintenance. What I thought was exercising 1 to 3 times per week is actually considered sedentary. so my calories were in check all along but walking 3000 steps a day and housework is low/sedentary which explains the scale and measurements not moving down.
90.4 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
