Whelp… here we go again! I’m so tired of this yoyo stuff, but I am starting the Carnivore diet plus a little bit of dairy, coffee, and fruit. I felt so much better doing Keto last year, just taking it one step further and keeping it simple with lots of meat and protein.
My ultimate goal is to lose 30lbs, run my 2nd half marathon, and stay consistent with moving daily!
