Woohoo! another drop even though I have been eating pizza the last two days I'm sure that might cause a gain. I really need to cook something, this week is just crazy overtime and a statistics final to work on. Off to the beach next week for a few days so I will need to cut out the junk so I look good in that bikini. I plan to quit smoking again when I get back from teh beach, the pills i use (chantix) make me so bloated and I don't want to deal with that when I'm down there. Still not drinking and am done dealing with my emotional issues. So life is getting back to normal :) I hope everyone is doing well, I'm trying to check in at least once a week!
