I definitely over indulged over this festive season, way too much of everything..i didnt apply myself as much as I should have to avoid this weight gain but from hereonout I'm back to working on my goals and moving my body more ,did I gain some weight yes but did I also enjoy my leave and my festivities 0 regrets
