Day 46: proteins
well I really did it now not only did I have a homemade cookie at work that Lorissa made (peanut butter) I had three and it even pains me more to type that as I felt after eating them. I did not eat them all at once but over the course of a very busy shift and I also had 4 yogurts.
I also ate 2 hard boiled eggs. grilled chicken and ham and crab meat which I am allowed to have a liter of water and 3 cups of coffee
Think I am going to maybe have some veggies today, maybe not...
Night 4 of 5 and my feet ache!
