早餐 雞蛋地瓜咖啡
午餐 餛飩湯十個 pizza1/3個
晚餐 唐揚雞烏龍麵
運動💪跳繩1500下/20分
連續兩天都吃零嘴宵夜真的不行
前晚宵夜還是半斤栗子 太扯🤪
76 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 23 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.8 kg a Week
