I'm back on track! Coming back from vacation and having eaten certain no no foods, led to cravings for sugar and salt during the week. I slowly seemed to get back on track. Wed was my toughest day and ended up with me eating peanuts (salted) and tortilla chips (salted!) So I gave my all yesterday and stayed on program perfectly! Somewhere I lost my scale... I think it is at the house we were at so I need to go get a new one. I'm pleased with results that showed today though even without the scale!
