Went back to the gym today. worked out for about 45 min…not strenuous exercise, but a little of the strength training machines and then 15 on the treadmill…felt good to to try to overdo it.

Hope I will work up the energy to go back again this week!
94.8 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
