700+ minutes of exercise by Friday morning according to my Garmin. probably only about 5 hours. Aiming for 200g of protein per day. It's going down nicely.
114.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 22.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
