still learning this app but im on a journey, i hover around 320 right now and i put a goal of 260 but honestly i dont know how that will look on me, my original goal was 100 pounds. That was 90 pounds ago, i started this journey at 410 pounds, while i am happy with the weight loss im still larger than id like to be.
October 26 was my one year of going to the gym 4 days a week, i only missed two days however there were many weeks i went an extra day, i know consistency is very important so even if im not feeling it i force myself to get up and still give it my all. I get up at 3:05 am and get to the gym by 3:30, i lift heavy until 5:00 then bike for 20 mins.
Im excited for this next year and so far I'm enjoying this app.
