Weigh in after a 7 day cruise. I exercised on the ships walking/running track 3 mornings on the cruise and met my active calorie burning goal 6 days BUT I had several mixed drinks and toooooo much food.
65.0 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
