Started detox again this monday and am down 2.5 from last week. Probably mostly sodium, but 2.5 is 2.5. Still have 1.5 to go to be back down to my Phase 3 weight which at that point became a vacation and a problem.
Going to try and do a little Detox Mix for a few weeks:
- M-F - Full detox - S-S - Detox for the day and one night (Sat or Sun) of a meal and drinks. - 1 night of drinks with Detox meal.
I will try this for 2 weeks and see how it goes. Hopefully I can go back to losing weight without the total restrictiveness of the diet which is too hard maintain and live a normal lifestyle (dinner out, drinks, etc).
