had such a bad easter weekend! But started Herbalife and head two brilliant gym sessions yesterday. Full body workout in the morning and intense spinning session in the evening. a little under 1500 calories consumed so I think I'm on track. I'm aiming for 2 kilos a week and should be at goal by June. focus! :D
104.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 41.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
