5 hari stop diet... makan nasi, minum manis, makan mie tapi ga makan besar... naik nya ga tanggung2 hahaha besok mulai ganti pola makan tetep ga makan nasi, ga minum manis, coba liat turun ga yah hahaha

Mie nya itu yang bikin naik .. Aku udah coba soalnya, makan mie setengah porsi naik 2kg dalam semalam.. Makan mie 1/4 porsi naik 1.5kg dalam semalam.. dan balikin lagi lama bangeet... mending makan nasi, turuninnya lebih cepet.. tapi itu kalau aku ya.. tiap orang metabolismenya beda-beda .. :)
