bacaan pd jam 10.45am, slps bab. pd jam ke 63 fat fasting. berbuka fat fasting dgn secawan kopi+sedikit gula low calori. tak dpt teruskan ke 72jam sebab ada tetamu jauh nak mai, terpaksa masak special dan byk. buat fat fasting ni takde rasa lapar perut, cuma basan ada rasa lemah sikit dan rasa nak baring rehat aje
