You seem to be doing well. I weight once a week at the same time on the same day, which is before breakfast on Sundays. It helps with the fluctuations. Picking an average, like you do, is good too.

Hang with it - maybe just find an average weight. Fluctuations are super normal.

The other day I got on the scale 5 times and the scale ranged between 4lbs. Maybe it's time for a new scale :/

I usually have a 2 to 4 pound fluctuation. I agree with @HCB It is common to have the scale change +or- (your average number) during the day. I find if I weigh myself around the same time for my schedule it works best.
