timbang 6.30am. belum bab. 1st day start "fat fasting". nak buat minimum 72 jam. just mkn olive oil 4 sudu besar pagi, ptg dan malam =12 sudu besar=1400kcal. minum air masak secukupnya dan boleh tambah sedikit garam kedalamnya. boleh minum air herba tanpa gula.
76.1 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
