masyallah ga nyangka bgtt bisa turun. padahal seminggu lebih ini sedih karna ga kekontrol makannya, bahkan masih nyomot nyemil. sekali dua kali makan malem :( meskipun gtu, actually, aku tetep work out yaa 3-5 kali gym+olga. tapi tetep aja makan aku kebnyakan karbo😭
alhamdulillah masih bisa turun, kirain bakal naik/stuck bb. semangattt ayokkk kita mulai lagi🥰🤩
