Reduced intensity of runs to avoid injury. Messed up the nutrition on a couple of days. I have increased protein intake and I will be cutting down calories.
93.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 26.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
