I read your last post before this one where things were great. Just out of curiosity what happened to cause the weight gain?

Like Joe, I looked back at your previous posts.. It looks like you know what works for you in a happy healthy lifestyle. You have been there and done it repeatedly. It appears that you are approaching your weight control as a series of "on a diet" and "off of a diet". It seems that the issue is the realization that diets are a set up to FAIL! You need to make a change to a way of eating that works for you for the rest of your life. You know what works for you, why trash that way of eating when you are successful? You've got this! Let's start the next healthy happy decades.

You’re trying and care. This happened to me and I’m back like you. It’s bittersweet to be back at it. But it’s worth it.

You’re back and that’s the first step! You’ve done it before so you know what works for you. You can do this and you’ll have lots of support here!💜👍

Congratulations on being willing to work on it. I am like a yo-yo, unfortunately, but on the other hand, that is what has kept me almost normal.

I read your old posts. You did it before and you are motivated. You can do it again! I can empathize with the drinking too many empty calories in alcohol. I am trying to give it up. Cutting back doesn’t work for me.

Try carnivore and see what happens, initially as an elimination diet. Some foods you may be eating may be causing inflammation. Whatever you choose, good luck. Maybe try re-calculating what your deficit calories should be. What I’ve learned from several nutritionists is going 1500 and under is too low.
