Ugh…I have no idea why I’m up. I’m beginning to think I’ll never lose these extra 5lbs. Maybe it’s time to accept my weight as is and just continue with my healthy habits and take the focus off the scale. I’ll start listing what went well for me during the week instead of my weight.

My jeans fit, I lifted 3 days and had 2 great cardio workouts and I tracked my food everyday.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
