Had a hectic few day. My sister unexpectedly had a baby on Friday at 35 weeks, she didn't know she was pregnant hence the unexpectedly 😅
they are going to come and stay with us so have been scrambling to get the house and spare room up to scratch running around trying ro get the essentials bubs will need as obviously they had nothing. They should finally be discharged today after she has had to have 2 blood transfusions due to be extremely anaemic.

84.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 24.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.2 kg a Week
