Abuse of fast food and alcohol has seen me balloon back to my heaviest weight and overall 21cm increase. As of today, no more alcohol except special occasions, tracking food intake and focussing on increasing protein. Need to shift these kilos before our summer holiday or I'll need a new wardrobe!
