Hi Trina Ness, I am Merry Mel, best way first know your height and weight yap in on Google I am x height, x weight woman aged x the put how many recommend calories should I eat per day to lose weight. Then if havnt already buy some kitchen scales so you weigh your food. Then like me write a big colourful note in your kitchen stop don't cheat if you want to get to x weight. I've done that and it works. Also try and cook from scratch it does make a huge difference. And when out eat before never shop on a empty stomach. Have 3 proper meals a day and have a tiny counting your calories intake something nice before bedtime if necessary. Hope thus all helps Merry Mel and don't take too much money out with you. Then you not tempted to buy more

Hi Trina, Heatherboardaman is right just put in say jelly and it comes up with all different types and on the one you pick it says all the calories. Good luck. Merry Mel 😍
