Then if havnt already buy some kitchen scales so you weigh your food. Then like me write a big colourful note in your kitchen stop don't cheat if you want to get to x weight. I've done that and it works. Also try and cook from scratch it does make a huge difference. And when out eat before never shop on a empty stomach.
