I'm stuck! lol. I've been at 147.8 for four days now... better than gaining, I supposed. Went to the gym 6 times last week for 30 min each. This week we're upping that to 45 min. Very excited. I was burning about 200-230 calories in 30 min, which should mean burning 300 in 45 min. And I've been great about the food. Yesterday I worked out for 30 minutes AND swam for like an hour, so I was ravenous from all the extra calories burned. But I never ate junk, just clean food. The extra food I ate was a handful of baby carrots with some hummus and a couple Tbsp of vanilla ice cream because I had a sweets attack, but the ice cream wasn't even very good.
