Don't be disappointed in a loss. This past week I only lost .4, but I'll take it. I know a lot of people who would give anything to have a loss. Be proud of yourself. And don't get discouraged.

Rome wasn't built in a day....don't expect instant weight loss all at once...this is how it works... a little bit each day. If you have the scale going down at all it means your doing something right!!

I like to think of it in a different way. You have lost the equivalent of a 13oz steak....that's a good size steak!

Loss is a loss! Good for you!

Down is down! Take what the scale gives & move on. Don't let it discourage your efforts. We can't hit home runs every week.

I know it seems like we gained it all at once, but it was a little at a time. And thats the way it has to come off. You can do it

One week I lost one pound, the next week I lost three. It evens out. But why should it? That would take away the surprise and excitement. :)

Thank you all for the support! I was disappointed but definitely not discouraged :) I guess I just feel like since I have so much to lose it should be falling off in the beginning, especially since im putting in effort! But I have to get out of the "I want it now" frame of mind....slow and steady wins the race right? :)
