Big drop today, I think it was due, my body seems to have been gripping for around 218 for the past month, lol. It almost felt like I was hitting a plateau but I wasn't going to get down about it. Persistence is my motivation this time, this fat can't cling to me forever, it has to give up the fight at some point. 12 LBS to go till I set my new goal weight :)
