Makannya biasa aja si kak aku. Yg pnting ga melebihi kalori harian. Cuma memang aku lebih bnyak masak sndri, tanpa minyak, tanpa digoreng, no tepung, mengurangi gula. Cuma kadang" ttep makan goreng"an, tepung"an, gtu". Jadi ga mesti juga.
