早:迷你熱狗包
午:自助餐三菜一排骨 後來又吃家裡的雞肉 仙草紅茶
點心:雞翅兩隻 伯朗咖啡
晚:菜 彩椒 筍子湯 迷你熱狗 好市多芭芭樂汁
75.3 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.5 kg a Week
