Hi! I started this journey on 1st February 2023 when my weight was 108 kg. And only calculation of calories, prober valance of protein to carbs and vegetables helped to keep loosing weight. And no alcohol. Now for the last few weeks i am taking a pause when i am not trying to loose weight but mostly learn to live within defined calories in the same weight . Will renew calories deficite starting from mid August and will see if i could get to the desired point of 75kg.
