Alhamdulillah masih tetep turun meskipun pelan, sebulan turun sekilo krn memang sdh jarang nge track kalori makanan, hanya olahraganya aja yg konsisten.
61.8 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
