Last two weeks been difficult virus work and generally just wanting to eat!
very tired and fatigued so had last week off training- weight maintained so ok target next two weeks 6lbs off- it can be done
129.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 39.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
