Yesterday was a very stressful day. Hospital called and said my blood work showed low Sodium level and that I needed to come back in and have blood drawn again. They remembered me telling them the day before that I had drunk a gallon of water before testing, and they said that was probably the reason. Had grandson for the second day in a row, and he was a (hard-to-swallow) pill! Sink backed up, which it has done that several times in the past couple months. Unlike the other times, though, when I plunged it a ton of this black stuff came up, but the water still wouldn’t go down. I showed my hubby and he said maybe the elbow was as clogged. When he pulled that off, another ton of black stuff gushed out, and splashed out of the big bowl we had put under it, all over under the 6’ cabinet, on the rug, and on him! Six hours and two Lowe’s trips later, he thought he had it fixed. In the process, he shoveled out a bunch of shoe-paste consistency, pitch black gunk. It was a fiasco! Ran the dishwasher, and it backed up in the sink again, and they wouldn’t drain. Now he thinks he needs to clean out a third pipe (the only one he hadn’t done). Grandson had to spend the night because daughter wanted to go out last night (she had asked me about keeping him for that over a week ago). Good times! (NOT)
