I’ve learned an amazing behavior redirecting tool: the 5 seconds rule. Whenever you’re struggling to do something but your mind is sabotaging you, interrupt the flow by counting from 5 to 0 (backwards). I managed to stop opening a cookie container in the middle of the action. Fantastic :)
