I have been changing up my calories lately and I think it has made my body take notice. I had some foods (sugars) that I felt were always on the no no list but cut a candy bar in half to satisfy a gnawing craving. I was smart the rest of the day and got some cardio in and I actually lost weight on my weigh in. I think it is good to shock the routine from time to time. Now I did this in the a.m. to give plenty of opportunity to even out but it was soooo good. I recommend it for sure!
