1st day of my period, and i lost weight? wow. Also lost 3 inches on my abs, 3 off my waist & 1 inch off my. Total of 7 inches. I am super happy.

110.9 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg. Still to go: 20.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.2 kg a Week

WOW - that is awesome! I just realized the lady I started out with at the center never took my measurements so they just did it for me yesterday. I thought looking at it in inches might help continue to motivate me. I know what you mean about the period thing - I was on mine and still had lost alot so its amazing! BTW Tendai - where are you from?

i'm from Zimbabwe, thanks for the encouragement guys. I love looking at the inches coz it seems that on average I am losing 2inches a week, which gives me a boost on days when the scale shows little losses.
