going slowly but don't mind as eating nourishing food which are favourable in keeping with my lifetime goals and health I do have trouble sometimes with my BLOOD SUGARS as very unstable due to MEDICATIONS and maybe too many CARBS. I am trying to keep to my 1200 calories daily.

You're doing really well! You've lost 7kgs since the end of June, i wouldn't call that slow!! Be proud of yourself for the changes you're making.
