I'm a diabetic 2 with heart problems with pacemaker and Defibrillator. I was 23 when my health deteriated but good specialist have helped me survive. I need to be healthy including my weight which is important to my lifestyle. I am 78 yrs and survived a terrible heart attack aged 45. I am a survivor but lost my husband to a heart attack aged 63. I know how important WEIGHT is to my overall fitness and health.
